Cavaiani on Salaman: "I met Will a few years ago when he was working out at our old facility in Neenah when he was playing pro ball. Right away he was a guy I wanted on our staff as he jumped right in helping our players and giving them advice and direction without me even asking him to. He just loves the game, has a great personality and was an easy decision to add him to our staff. I'm glad he stayed in the area and that he is now a part of our strong staff and is another guy who I would feel comfortable coaching any age group due to his combination of baseball knowledge and personality"
