"Rick Cavaiani has been instrumental in the development of our son, Jason, as a pitcher, ball player, and individual. Rick’s knowledge, passion, and dedication has allowed him to instruct and mentor his players at all aspects of the game.  Rick saw potential early on with our son, and his abilities. This vision, along with an insight to college recruiting has culminated into a Division 1 college commitment.  Jason recently committed to Eastern Illinois University to continue his academic and baseball careers."

"Words cannot express the appreciation and respect we have for Rick. Rick coached our son Bryce for four years, trained with him, and helped him in the recruitment process. Working with him ultimately helped our son become an elite defender and fulfill his dream of playing Division 1 baseball at UW-Milwaukee."

"Rick was extremely influential in our son’s development as a baseball player.  At age 12, our son had some natural athletic ability and early success as a baseball player.  He had a tendency to hit the ball on the ground and reach base due to his speed.  That doesn’t happen as the boys get older.  At our initial lesson with Rick, he was very approachable and engaging with our son at age 12.  He immediately changed his batting stance to off-set the issue.  Future batting lessons were designed to build on this change to develop his confidence.  We have continued to see Rick for lessons over the last 5 years to tweak aspects of our son’s game when needed.  He is very knowledgable of all aspects of the game and has your son’s best interest in mind.

In regard to recruiting, Rick has a great relationship with college coaches throughout the Midwest.  He was honest with us when explaining our son’s ability to play at the next level.  Rick explained to us the potential colleges our son had the ability to compete at a high level.  It was evident that the relationship he had with the coaching staff helped in our son eventually choosing this D1 school to play his college ball.  Thank you Rick."

“Rick Cavaiani has been involved with our boys for over 6 years.  In that time period, he has been a great example for young men on and off the diamond.  His dedication for the game is second to none and his passion has fueled the love our kids have for the game.  We are not able to thank Rick enough for how much he has helped them develop skills of the game, but more importantly, become men of God.”

"I just wanted to say thanks again for taking the time of recognizing what Reed has as a pitcher and getting him where he is today. He only had that 1 pitching lesson with you and immediately that evening you saw something in Reed then sent a video to UWM Baseball. With you also taking him in that Summer to play with the Panthers helped him to keep on track for Fall ball.  If it wasn’t for you he wouldn’t be playing ball at the next level.  Thank you again!"

"Rick has exceptional knowledge and a great love for the game.  He has a passion for helping young players achieve their dreams of playing collegiate baseball and will do whatever possible to make it a reality. Rick understands the procedures and connections that need to be made to make that happen.  Rick made the connections necessary to put our son in the position to be seen by college coaches, which resulted in his Division 1 scholarship and opportunity to play baseball in college. We greatly appreciated having him work with our son."

"My son had the privilege to be coached and learn from coach Cavaiani for the past three years through the Wisconsin Panthers baseball program.  Rick brought Connor into their program seeing the potential in our son and was able to work with him personally and develop him into a Division 1 baseball recruit with a commitment to Northern Illinois University.   Rick not only worked with our son through practices but offered up his time meeting him outside of practice to work on different aspects or throwing bullpen.  We feel that Rick was instrumental in our son's progression and helped him tremendously in becoming a better pitcher and getting him exposure to be recruited.  We would highly recommend Rick as a pitching coach and mentor."
