Since 2009, I have had the pleasure of helping over 250 players in their quest to play college and professional baseball.  Over 50 of those players have gone on to the division 1 level.  The recruiting process can be a difficult task to sift through for players and families.  CBT helps guide you through the different angles of the recruiting process from initial contacts all the way through commitment day and after.  The process is very unpredictable and I can say with certainty that I've never had one player's journey be the same as another.  It is complicated, unpredictable, and at times, stressful.  CBT is there to help you through it all and assist in helping you in one of the most important process' and decisions in a player's life.

What separates us from other programs?  At CBT, we are 100% honest with all of our players.  We will not tell you what you want to hear, we tell you what you need to hear so that you can have the best the opportunity to play in college and get an education that does not have high costs. We want our players to be as close to being debt free after they graduate to get their lives started out a step ahead.

Since 2009, I have placed players to some of the best Junior Colleges, Division 2, Division 3 and NAIA schools throughout the country.  I've also had players play at the division one level in a variety of different conferences including the Horizon League, Missouri Valley, Big East, SEC, American Athletic, Mid-American, Big South, Ivy League, SWAC, WAC, Atlantic 10, Ohio Valley, Southland, Big Ten, PAC 12 and Summit league.

All levels of college baseball are great and there are levels for all different types of players skillsets, academic goals, and more.  I've had the privilege and honor to play at the Junior College and Division 1 levels, and coached at the division 3 level.  All those experiences, combined with my time since 2009 helping players through the recruiting process has given me the skills, knowledge and wisdom to help you in your own journey.
