Cavaiani on Mannebach: "Upon meeting Troy, the first thing that jumped out to me is his love for the game of baseball. It has taken him all over the country and he's put it at the forefront of his life. That jumped out to me as well as those are the types of players that make good coaches down the road. The little I've worked with him to this point has made me believe that even more as he shows a great understanding of the game and is very detail oriented in his approach to it. He also has a very good rapport with kids and it makes him have a very bright future in the coaching world. We're very happy to have him at CBT."
