Service Description

This tryout will be held outdoors at our outdoor turf field located at 3300 E. Evergreen Dr., Appleton, WI 54913. Please park in the North parking lot off of French Road as that lot is a closer walk for you to our field.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, I require a 24 hour notice. If it is not within the 24 hours, payment will still need to be made and/or will not be reimbursed.
